Review the manager’s tenant lease agreement

Judge their ability and willingness to negotiate and explain terms of contracts

Verify that they have appropriate insurance coverage

Make sure that owner's responsibilities are clear

Judge contract prices, contract lengths, fees, and small print of contracts
