Fencing

Most people do not install their own fences anymore due in part to the effort involved and the competitiveness of prices offered by the multiple fence installation companies. The fence installer's expertise also leads homeowners to outsource the project.  The following are things to look for when choosing a fencing company or fencing installation business.

- Local contractors have convenience benefits

- Consider Permits, will the fence company obtain permits

- Will utilities be a concern and if so will the company call the utility locator for you to pinpoint the location of any underground utility lines

- Will zoning, easements, regulations, and or HOA rules impact fencing options, and will your fence contractor be experienced dealing with these local issues

-  What are the contract and payment details including installation payments, do they require a deposit, and how much
